Showcasing Scotland is designed to foster growth in sales of Scottish food and drink both domestically, and in international markets while enhancing Scotland's global reputation for its exceptional produce.
Lux Events have looked after this bi-annual event for Scotland Food and Drink since its inception in 2014. Usually held during the month of October at Gleneagles Hotel in Auchterarder.
In March 2024 Showcasing Scotland took place in a new venue the EICC. This “Meet the Buyer” food and drink event attracts 400 attendees, including 150 international buyers from across the globe and 150 Scottish producers.
