At Lux Events, we believe the best events don’t just happen - they’re designed with purpose, creativity, and care. Since 2012, we’ve been doing exactly that for clients across Scotland, the rest of the UK, and beyond. We’re an independent, female-owned agency based in Edinburgh, and we’ve built a reputation for delivering events that are strategic, seamless and memorable. Our team brings over 60 years of combined experience, and we tailor every event to match our client’s goals, audience and vision.

We’re known for our creativity, attention to detail, and can-do attitude. But more than that, we’re a team that genuinely love what we do. Our ethos “work hard and be nice to people” guides everything we do, from how we collaborate internally to the relationships we build with clients, suppliers, sponsors, speakers and guests alike.

Our expertise spans a wide range of events, with a particular focus on conferences, awards ceremonies, gala dinners, brand and product launches, and experiential activations. We also produce impactful internal events - from team away days and staff gatherings to leadership summits and stakeholder briefings.
